Together with Hertz, Vertiseit has developed a new solution for digital customer communication at the stations. The solution has now been launched in the Nordic market. The aim of the solution is to simplify and add value to the customer journey but also to streamline their own workflow. A large part of the content is automatically updated and integrated with both Hertz corporate system as well as surrounding systems. For example, loyalty customers in Hertz Gold see their name and where their car is parked, even information about the local traffic situation is displayed on the screens. Some of the information is centrally controlled but it is also easy for each station to publish local messages using templates directly in the portal Visual Retail.
