Euromaster is Europe’s largest chain of suppliers for tires. Euromaster has identified an unique opportunity to communicate with their customers visiting the tire and service centers. The customer’s waiting time is approximately ten to twenty minutes, mostly spent in a comfy sofa drinking a hot cup of coffee.

Back in 2010 Euromaster launched a solution for digital customer communication at their facilities. The aim of the solution is to drive additional sales of services and products and strengthen the brand. Euromaster also wants tire customers to recognize the possibilities regarding car service.
